At ZEPOMART ETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience across our multi-vendor marketplace Zepomart. Since products are sold by multiple vendors, return, refund, and cancellation policies may vary slightly by product or vendor. This document outlines the general guidelines applicable across our platform.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Some vendor-specific items may have unique cancellation rules, which will be mentioned on the product page.
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

Refunds are eligible in the following cases:

  • Cancelled orders (within the allowed timeframe)
  • Products received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition (proof required within 48 hours of delivery)

Processing Timeline:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • For items sold by vendors, Zepomart facilitates refunds on behalf of the seller after verification.
  • Shipping and handling charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller’s error.

3. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, but only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Zepomart or the vendor.

Non-Returnable Items:
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Disposable razors and shaving kits
  • Underarm sweat pads
  • Spa essentials (gowns, towels, briefs, wrap bras)
  • Medical consumables (PPE kits, drapes, bedsheets, etc.)
  • Eco-friendly disposable tableware and carry bags

4. Exchange Policy

  • Direct product exchanges are not available.
  • For defective or incorrect items, a replacement will be issued once the return is verified and approved.

5. Order Modifications

  • Changes to delivery address or ordered items must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order is processed, modifications are no longer possible.

6. Vendor-Specific Notes

  • As a multi-vendor platform, shipping and handling timelines may vary by seller.
  • In rare cases, certain vendors may apply additional return restrictions (these will be communicated on the product page before purchase).
  • Zepomart acts as a facilitator between the customer and the vendor but is not liable for vendor-specific delays or failures beyond our control.
