Welcome to ZEPOMART ETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using our multi-vendor marketplace www.zepomart.in, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making purchases or registering as a vendor.

1. Website Usage

  • You must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, checkout, and account updates.
  • Misuse of our platform for fraudulent activities, spamming, or violation of applicable laws is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or harmful activities.

2. Product Listings & Information

  • Product descriptions, pricing, and images are provided by vendors and are expected to be accurate and updated.
  • Errors may occur. Zepomart reserves the right to correct inaccuracies, modify pricing, or update availability without prior notice.
  • Product packaging, labeling, and appearance may vary slightly depending on manufacturer batches or vendor inventory.

3. Orders, Payments & Transactions

  • All customer payments are securely processed through Razorpay, Cashfree, or other trusted payment gateways.
  • Your order is confirmed only upon successful transaction.
  • Zepomart does not store or share your full payment credentials.
  • Vendors receive payouts through secure settlement channels after deducting marketplace service fees/commissions.
  • Any disputes related to payments must be raised immediately through our support channels.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

  • Deliveries are fulfilled either by vendors directly or via third-party logistics partners.
  • Zepomart is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Return, replacement, or refund requests will be processed in line with our Return & Refund Policy (separate document).
  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring proper packaging and compliance with shipping standards.

5. Vendor Responsibilities (For Sellers)

Vendors registering on Zepomart must:

  • Provide valid business registration documents, GST, and bank account details for onboarding.
  • List products with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images, free from misleading claims.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, safety regulations, and product quality standards.
  • Fulfill customer orders within the promised time frame.
  • Accept that non-compliance, fraudulent activity, or repeated customer complaints may result in suspension or permanent termination from the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Zepomart acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers and vendors.
  • We are not the manufacturer or direct seller of products (unless otherwise specified).
  • Zepomart is not liable for any defects, warranty issues, or disputes arising from vendor-supplied products.
  • Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid for the disputed transaction.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • All purchases, vendor partnerships, and interactions are governed by the laws of India.
  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
